Related to a dream I had last night. Are there any Linux Distros specifically built to be a very minimal set of tools that would be useful during a huge natural disaster? For example, mesh networking, remote communication replication, simple beginner facing email service, GPS tracking and weather sensing. Ideally built to run on a Raspberry Pi with solar power.
